Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled before order confirmation (via email) is sent to the customer and up to a maximum of twelve (12) hours after this email is sent to the customer. Twelve (12) hours after order confirmation, item(s) production is triggered. The customer acknowledges and agrees that items are custom produced for you. You have no right to cancel any order in production.
To cancel an order, not yet in production, please email mail@teddythebossbear.com with the Order #ID for that order. Once the order confirmation email has been sent to the customer, we can no longer guarantee order cancellation.
Upon successful order cancellation, the customer will receive an email confirming same. An eighty five percent (85%) refund of the item(s) Price and Shipping amounts only will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account, subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions . The customer may also choose to receive this refund by way of a coupon valid for one (1) year, for one time use (one use only).

Refund for Purchases
General Refund Policy:
We are able to offer partial compensation (“refund”) only. A percentage is retained for related processing fees and administrative cost coverage.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on sale are non-refundable. Purchases with a coupon(s) are non-refundable.
Refunds for eligible items (as described in the sections below), will be processed through PayPal or by way of coupons issued to the customer, sent via email. PayPal states that it may take a few business days after being issued, for a refund to reflect in the customer’s PayPal account. Coupons are valid for one (1) year, for one time use (one use only). We ask that customers do not share their account or email address used for billing or log in. If a customer shares their account or email address used for billing or log in, please be aware that anyone with access to such may use any coupon that has been issued to the customer. Coupons will not be reissued.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued via PayPal or coupon. Refunds in the event of defect or loss (as described below), will be issued via coupon only.
We reserve the right to deny requests for refunds at our sole discretion.
Refund before Production Begins:
Please note carefully that items are not stocked. The production of ordered items starts only after payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation email has been sent to the customer. Due to the nature of order fulfillment, we are unable to offer refunds on orders already in production. An order, before production begins, may be cancelled and a refund issued; please see Order Cancellation for more.
Refund in the Event of Defect:
Any claims for refund related to flagrantly misprinted or damaged (“defective”, “defect”) items must be submitted within seven (7) days after package delivery, as stated /reported by the carrier’s delivery status.
If an item(s) arrives to the customer defective, then the customer should send photos of the item(s) and defect(s), with a description of the defect(s) to mail@teddythebossbear.com, including the Order #ID for that order. After review and validation /confirmation of the defect(s), we will then ask the customer to return the item(s) as described in Return Eligibility and Terms. Once the item(s) is received at the facility, we will then issue to the customer the refund via coupon for eighty percent (80%) of the item(s) Price and Shipping amounts only. If on review of the photos no defect is identifiable outside normal /expected variations with production, then the item(s) will be ineligible for refund.
Refund in the Event of Loss:
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) days after the estimated delivery date. To submit a claim please email mail@teddythebossbear.com, including the Order #ID for that order, stating the loss of the package.
If we verify that the correct address was entered at checkout, then we will ask that the customer double-check with the carrier to try locating the package. Once confirmed that the package’s location cannot be identified, then we will issue to the customer the refund via coupon for fifty percent (50%) of the item(s) Price and Shipping amounts only. This is in consideration of the fact that packages can sometimes take a considerable amount of time for delivery outside of the estimated delivery dates. If the incorrect address was entered at checkout, then the item(s) will be ineligible for refund.
Refund Confirmation:
An email will be sent to the customer, notifying them of any eligible or ineligible refund.
Return of Shipments and Deliveries
Packages stated /reported as delivered by the carrier, to the address entered at checkout, and received without defect(s), are considered final – the process of order confirmation, production of item(s), shipping and delivery is complete.
Return Eligibility and Terms:
To be eligible for a return, your delivered item must have been validated by us as defective, the item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it in. If an item is eligible for return and the customer opts to do so, then it must also be returned in the original packaging. Sent to the RETURN ADDRESS (“facility”) on the packing slip. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs back to our facility are non-refundable.
As the process of return is outside of our control, we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned item(s). If returned items are not received within fourteen (14) days, then we would be unable to provide a refund as describe in Refund in the Event of Defect. However, as a show of appreciation for shopping with us, we would issue to a customer a one (1) time, one (1) use “Thanks for Shopping!” coupon for the value of the item up to USD $30.00, valid for use for one (1) year.
We do not accept return of items that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items are:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable /software products
– Some health and personal care items

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
Return of Shipments (Unclaimed or Undeliverable Items):
Shipments that go unclaimed or are undeliverable are returned to our facility (returned to sender) and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Return of Items Delivered Without Defect:
If a customer would like to exchange or return an item without defect or due to incorrect options selected at checkout, then we would not be able to fulfill these requests or offer any refund. The customer acknowledges and agrees that items produced are custom produced for you.
Refund for Returned Items:
Before continuing please reference Refund in the Event of Defect. Once your return is received at the facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of your refund.
Some Advise on Returning Items:
– If you are returning what you consider an expensive item(s), then we advise that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
– If you are unclear about the eligibility for return of delivered item(s), then please Contact Us before returning any item(s).
